The dormancy fee will not reduce any account balance below zero.

Bonus funds credited to a win388 account are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. win388's aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
